Volunteer work in Italy – requirements & tasks

We offer a variety of meditations to support your inner growth, all within a supportive environment where you can truly be yourself.

Feel free to stay with us for a minimum of two weeks, or longer if you find yourself drawn to our community and the journey of inner growth.
The location
Nestled at the foot of the Macchia della Magona, just 6 km from the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, our center includes a small, 6-hectare farm. Located near the charming village of Bibbona, along the renowned Bolgheri wine route, we enjoy a tranquil setting where we produce our own olive oil, jams, herb salts, and firewood.
Osho Nirvesha is a haven of peace nestled in the heart of Tuscany. Far from the crowds and noise, our center is surrounded by 6 hectares of pristine countryside, with meadows, forests, and abundant olive and fruit trees. Explore the nearby hills on foot, or venture further afield to discover Tuscan gems like Florence, Siena, and Pisa. Here, the gentle climate, sea breeze, and tranquil natural beauty create the perfect environment for relaxation, meditation, and inner exploration.
Responsibilities
Immerse yourself in nature and contribute to our sustainable lifestyle. Your helping hands will be welcomed in caring for our 250 olive trees and 50 fruit trees, tending the vibrant herb garden, and gathering firewood in our beautiful park with its ancient trees.
You’ll work for about 30 hours per week.
Volunteer work in Italy – what we offer
We offer simple and comfortable shared accommodations in our houses, with communal bathrooms. During the summer months, you can also choose to stay in cozy wooden huts or pitch a tent under the shade of our trees. We provide delicious vegetarian meals served family-style, fostering a sense of community and connection.
