Gain valuable experience and learn new skills as a work trader on our solar farm. You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from gardening and farming to shopping and house cleaning. This role requires independence and problem-solving skills, especially when we’re away, as you’ll be caring for our home, pets, and plants.

This position involves 25 hours of work per week, spread over 5 days. We’ll provide a weekly schedule outlining your specific tasks.

Additional information

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly request that you respect our privacy by using your designated private deck when outdoors and observing quiet hours after 8 PM.

We also ask that you refrain from alcohol, drugs, and smoking, and minimize phone use during work hours. While we welcome couples, families, and pets, we ask that you do not invite guests to the farm.

While we provide staple foods, you’ll be responsible for preparing your own meals, giving you the independence to create your own culinary experience. We offer accommodation in a tiny house.
