Work in Canada & and help run an outfitter – requirements & tasks

Hello! We reside in an outfitter—a large, wild territory featuring cottages and lakes—and operate on a seasonal basis. We’re looking for assistance in running our outfitter while also sharing our experiences. Our household includes four children, two of whom live here full-time. Additionally, we have three sociable Bengal cats and 20 laying hens, and we raise grain chickens every summer.

Rooms will be available from the first of February, but renovations will only begin in April.

We are currently seeking assistance from April 2024 to September 2024. Requirements include a working permit and driver’s license. The position is seasonal, and we seek someone available for either the entire summer or split into two periods (April-June or July-September).

The job involves approximately 60% chalet cleaning in teams, with various other tasks involved. Tasks include customer service, cottage housekeeping, road maintenance, woodworking, stocking fish in the lakes, painting, and caring for animals.

Good driving skills are necessary for transporting kids to their activities when needed, and proficiency in either French or English is required.

You will work for about 20 hours per week.
