Volunteering opportunity close to nature – requirements & tasks
Just an hour north of Santiago de Compostela, nestled amidst the healing energy of the Camino, we offer a vibrant retreat from the daily grind. For six years, we’ve cultivated a sanctuary where personal and professional growth thrive in harmony with nature.
We’re Seeking Experienced Individuals to Join Our Team and Help Out With:
- Organic gardening: Cultivate our bountiful land.
- Forestry work: Help us maintain our natural surroundings.
- House remodeling: Contribute your construction skills.
- Spa & wellness hospitality: Share your expertise in relaxation and rejuvenation.
We’re a passionate community dedicated to living outside the box. We value spiritual exploration, mental curiosity, and a grounded approach to life. Our secluded grounds provide the perfect setting for unwinding after a day of hard work. Find your peace amidst the tall grasses, swing in a hammock, and rediscover the balance within yourself. We believe in the power of nature to heal and transform, and we invite you to experience it firsthand.
Ideal for:
- Individuals with experience in gardening, forestry, or construction.
- Those seeking a transformative experience in a secluded natural setting.
- Open-minded individuals ready to embrace a unique lifestyle.
If you possess the skills and experience we’re seeking, we invite you to connect with us. Let’s explore how we can mutually benefit from this unique opportunity.
Our days involve around 6 hours of rewarding physical labor, followed by shared meals, relaxation in our wood-fired hot tub, engaging conversations, and ample time for personal reflection.
Note: We’re new to HelpStay, but eager to connect with fellow travelers. Feel free to reach out and help us increase our response rate!
Volunteering opportunity close to nature – what we offer
We provide all meals, prepared with love and shared together. Our vegetarian cuisine focuses on locally sourced ingredients, aligning with our spiritual connection to the land.
We prioritize hosting individuals who travel with their own van. Our homestead is cozy and our facilities are simple, which can be challenging for extended stays. Having your own van allows you the comfort and privacy of your own space.
