We collaborate with other farmers, sharing resources and knowledge to strengthen our agricultural community.
At our core, we’re driven by a love for the earth. We strive to rebuild the connection between people and nature through sustainable practices and education, inspiring others to respect and care for the land.

Typical tasks
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to lend a hand with several key tasks that are crucial for a smooth and successful harvest:
- Harvesting: The primary focus is on carefully hand-picking mature cannabis plants. You’ll be cutting and gathering plants, ensuring they’re handled gently to maintain their quality. Attention to detail is important as we strive to preserve the integrity of each plant.
- Trimming and Processing: Once harvested, the plants need trimming. This involves removing excess leaves and preparing the buds for drying. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to learn the proper techniques.
- Field Maintenance: Keeping the fields organized during harvest is vital. You’ll help clean up debris, organize tools, and ensure the work area is safe and efficient. We also need to ensure that the plants still maturing are well cared for.
- Drying Setup: After processing, the cannabis needs to be properly hung to dry. You’ll assist in setting up drying racks and maintaining an optimal drying environment.
- Packing and Storage: Once dried, the cannabis needs to be carefully packed and stored. You’ll help with sorting, packaging, and ensuring everything is labeled correctly for future distribution.
- General Support: We also appreciate help with general farm tasks during the harvest, such as watering plants, weeding, or assisting with lunch preparations for the team.
You’ll work for about 25 hours per week.
Your enthusiasm and dedication will play a vital role in making this harvest a success!
