Hello, I’m Carlos. I run a hostel in Cancun, Mexico and I would like you to be part of our team as a volunteer! During your stay you will meet people from all around the world, you will learn about customer service and you will be able to enjoy our beautiful beaches in your free time!

Volunteer in Cancun – requirements & tasks

If you join us, you will take a role of a maid assistant. This means your responsibilities will be watering plants, sweeping and cleaning common areas, support in rooms, such as taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning floors and furniture. We may ask your support in cleaning bathrooms, changing bed sheets and making beds.

You will work for 6 hours a day, five days a week. Your days off will be Sunday and Monday.

We would like you to stay a minimum of one month with us.

Volunteer in Cancun – what we offer?

You will get a bed in a room with bathroom and shower, shared with other volunteers. We will also provide you with one meal a day.

But it is so much more than just a bed! In addition to an excellent environment, you will meet people from different cultures and gain experience in customer service and you will find out what it takes to maintain a hostel. Nomads will give you great tours, show you where to eat delicious food, you will be able to participate in great events and activities – and lots more!
