Volunteer in a retreat to live in Italy for free – requirements & tasks

We’re a family-run farm stay tucked away in the mountains. I’m Katia, and I run the place with my husband, Guido, our kids Barbara, Roberto, Elisa, and Sofia, and our friend Brooke.

Our place is pretty simple – we’ve got a big dining area, camping spots with mobile homes, lots of land, and a bunch of animals. We raise organic animals and have our own butchery on site.

Right now, we’re looking for folks who are up for a longer stay and can lend a hand with various jobs around the farm. We especially appreciate people who are handy and willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Here’s what we need help with:

  • Cleaning bathrooms and mobile homes.
  • Keeping the dining room and common areas tidy.
  • Doing dishes.
  • Working in the garden.
  • Helping with decorating and repairs.
  • Painting.

You will work for about 25 hours per week.

We’re a smoke-free farm and don’t allow drug use.

We can offer you a spot in a mobile home with a private bathroom – it fits up to 4 volunteers and has 2 bedrooms.

We’ll also provide you with breakfast and dinner every day. We eat together, and our meals usually include beef or pork with fresh veggies from our garden. You’re welcome to join us for meals!
