We would love to have someone come and stay with us who adores children and would love to help and get involved in our day-to-day routine. Join us!
Volunteer in the US & join a family – requirements & tasks
We are a fun and energetic family with four kiddos: ages 9, 7, 4, and 2, along with Mom and Dad, Kristen and Josh! We homeschool our four kids while living in a beautiful area at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
As Christ Followers, we are actively engaged with a local church. Time with friends and house projects are some of our favorite activities. Additionally, we cherish moments at home, listening to music, and keeping ourselves occupied.
The biggest thing I need is another set of hands to keep our life running smoothly! Our day typically starts with making breakfast, doing chores, then homeschooling the older two, and dealing with whatever comes up in life! I need help with the younger two (ages 2 and 4) while I homeschool the older two.
I need an extra set of hands to manage the kids so I can have time to prepare healthy meals! We’d really love someone to jump in and do life with us – the less enjoyable parts like changing diapers occasionally, as well as the fun outings we enjoy!
We hope for someone to join us as an extended family member – one we can care for, and who will embrace our family in return. There’s a lot of love and warmth within our family, and we eagerly await the opportunity to share it with the person who stays with us!
You will work for about 20 hours per week.
