We’re a hospitality start-up that’s been operational since 2022, nestled in Bayahibe, a serene and picturesque Caribbean fishing village in the southern region of the Dominican Republic. At our eco-conscious haven, Bayahibe Village Inn, we champion a sustainable approach to hospitality. The essence of our enterprise, known as ‘Albergo Diffuso,’ embodies a cohesive ensemble of houses, rooms, and apartments on the same site, all meticulously managed under one unified ethos.
Presently, we oversee 16 accommodation units catering to guests, alongside our crowning jewels—the rooftop bar and restaurant. Our involvement extends beyond hosting; we actively engage in promoting sustainable tours and are actively forging new projects and alliances with local enterprises. Our mission and vision pivot around three fundamental principles:
1. Fostering employment opportunities—this spans across local communities, professionals, and potentially, you!
2. Delivering educational services—our primary commitment is empowering locals through trade training and language exchanges.
3. Giving back to the community—partnering with sustainable local businesses to champion and nurture the rich culture of Bayahibe.
We’re on the lookout for kindred spirits—driven individuals eager to channel their skills as we advance our enterprise. We seek allies aligned with the pillars of our mission and vision, where program participants can actively contribute by educating and supporting the local community.
Your typical tasks will include reception and guest relations, tour guidance, housekeeping, administration and reception. You will work for 4 hours per day with 2 days off per week.

We offer a half board and accommodation in a dormitory (max 6 people, not mixed).
In Bayahibe Village, there are several wonderful activities to explore: scuba diving and snorkeling, a boat trip to Saona Island, visiting Cueva Padre Nuestro and many more!
