Volunteer in Africa & share your farming know-how

At Harvest Nature Farm, we support and teach farmers the modern farming techniques. Join us if you want to make a change!

Offer your expertise in farming as a volunteer in Africa – requirements & tasks

Do you have a passion for farming and giving back? At Harvest Nature Farm, we value our volunteers immensely. We’re looking for skilled individuals like you to share your knowledge and collaborate with our dedicated team: Daniel, Philip, and Mr. Tengbeh, who are all committed to making you feel welcome.

Your impact will be far-reaching. You’ll work alongside our team to connect with local farmers, understand their needs, and offer your expertise in both farming techniques and administrative tasks. This experience is not just about helping others; it’s also a chance for you to learn and grow.

Immerse yourself in Gambian culture. We’d love to share our food, language, traditions, and way of life with you. In turn, we’re eager to learn about yours! Let’s build a strong, lasting connection that feels like family.

New Program: After School, What’s Next?

Are you passionate about education and giving back? We’re launching a new program, “After School, What’s Next?”, where volunteers with agricultural knowledge can share their skills with young people. The program goes beyond practical farming, and anyone with a passion for helping youth is welcome.

Important Note: For your safety, please communicate with your designated host and take the farm’s guidelines seriously.

You will work for about 15 hours per week.
